Salary: 95,000-$130,000 per annum, plus superannuation

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Sydney team. New graduates, early-career clinicians and experienced Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.

About the Role

You’ll work across clinic, community and telehealth settings, supporting clients throughout Sydney to build independence, achieve their goals and participate in everyday life. Your caseload will reflect your experience, clinical skills and development needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments to identify clients’ functional abilities, support needs and goals.
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised therapy plans.
  • Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
  • Supporting clients to develop daily living skills and improve independence, function and participation.
  • Assessing and recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications where appropriate.
  • Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborating with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals.
  • Managing appointments and travelling to clients across the Sydney metropolitan area.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with NDIS, professional and organisational requirements.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, or be nearing completion with your qualification completed before commencement.
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility to obtain registration before commencing.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention planning and evidence-based practice.
  • An interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.
  • Strong communication, clinical documentation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage a caseload and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work across Sydney.
  • A NSW Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain the required clearances before commencing.

Relevant clinical placement experience will be considered for new graduates. Previous experience in disability, NDIS or community-based Occupational Therapy is desirable but not essential.
