About the Role

This dynamic role has a focus on reception and housekeeping, ensuring our park maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service. You’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and enjoyable guest experience, from the first point of contact through to departure.

While your primary responsibilities sit across front office and housekeeping operations, this is an all-rounder position where flexibility is key. You’ll confidently move between reception duties such as guest enquiries and reservations, and hands on housekeeping tasks to ensure rooms, cabins, and shared facilities are consistently presented to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service at reception, including check-ins and check-outs
  • Responding to guest enquiries, bookings, and phone/email communications
  • Cleaning and preparing rooms, cabins, and communal facilities to a high standard
  • Supporting daily housekeeping operations to meet occupancy demands
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the park grounds and facilities
  • Assisting with laundry operations and stock replenishment
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and seamless operations

What We’re Looking for

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, reception, or a similar hospitality role (1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well presented spaces
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, team focused attitude and willingness to assist where needed
