We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to step into the role of Team Leader – Order Assembly on a permanent full-time basis.

Working closely with the Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team, driving performance, and helping us continuously improve our processes, quality, and customer service outcomes.

Experience in the Order Assembly area is highly regarded; however, it is not essential. If you have leadership experience, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed, we strongly encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Supervisor to support rostering, training, and development initiatives.
• Report and address operational issues promptly to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
• Support the team in achieving daily production and performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and team performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Lead by example and promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
