Your new opportunity 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant who loves working in a collaborative, fast paced and diverse role. You will be part of our growing national practice and contribute to our continued success. This role is integral to supporting the Managing Partner and provide support to the wider national team as required to perform at their very best.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring high volume mailbox and other correspondence to ensure that action is taken, and deadlines are met
  • Managing diary, organising meetings and appointments
  • Domestic travel bookings including flights and accommodation 
  • Timesheet management  
  • Completing conflict checks 
  • Preparation of confidential documents, emails and reports 
  • Assistance and involvement with various projects and tasks within the firm as required
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, partners and staff 
  • General administrative assistance and reception coverage where required

About you 

  • 3 + years experience as a Personal Assistant or an Executive Assistant ideally in a professional services environment 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and able to use good judgement and initiative to assist with business outcomes
  • Act with complete confidentiality and integrity at all times
  • A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is preferred.
