Position Summary

The role of a Sales Associate is responsible for providing sales, administrative and coordination support to 1 of our leading Real Estate Agents. This role will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of detail and standard. As a key ‘go-to’ person for the team, you will ensure that any issues are resolved effectively, and requests are completed within a timely manner. The industry is fast paced and requires an extremely high attention to detail, meticulous planning ability and a positive and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns

● Oversee real estate marketing activities, including social media strategy and execution

● Attend client appointments, inspections, and internal meetings

● Contribute to project marketing initiatives

● Operate within tight deadlines and timeframes

● Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication

● Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for property listings

● Assist with auction day activities and open homes

● Organise and prepare for auctions and open inspections

● Attend property valuations, buyer appointments, and inspections

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, residential inventory, and pricing

● Coordinate client appointments, team schedules, and meetings

● Provide reports and feedback to the team regarding client interactions and outcomes

● Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional growth

● Manage and nurture client relationships

● Conduct pre-settlement inspections

● Carry out any prospecting if required

● Carry out letterbox drops or coordinate with contractors as needed

● Organise photographers, valuation appointments, building inspections, and EER inspections

● Consistently strive to meet and exceed established KPIs

● Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation

● Perform any ad hoc administrative tasks as requested

Required Experience and Attributes

● Strong self-motivation and high levels of self-discipline

● Proven administrative skills and excellent computer proficiency

● Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

● Professional and polished personal presentation

● Keen attention to detail

● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

● Willingness to learn new software systems

● Current ACT driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

● Positive attitude with strong organisational and time management skills

● Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities

Employment Details

● Remuneration based on experience

● Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (adhoc after-hours work will be required)
