We are seeking a highly motivated Bookkeeper with a willingness to learn new systems for our busy Molendinar Head Office. This is a hands-on role which takes ownership of supporting an allocated group of stores.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Accounts payable
  • Complex reconciliations between entities
  • Quarterly BAS preparation for multiple entities
  • Preparing End of Financial Year documentation for multiple entities
  • General bookkeeping and associated duties for multiple entities
  • Provide support to Owners and Managers

  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing work tasks and deliver to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Courteous with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
  • Positive approach and collaborative team player
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements
  • Experience in working with multiple entities
  • Experience with eSuite and M-Files advantageous but not essential
