At HHG Legal Group, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our established team and contribute to the continued growth of our commercial practice.

We’re seeking someone with strong commercial expertise, experience in superannuation matters and a genuine interest in helping businesses achieve their goals.

The Role

You’ll work across a diverse range of commercial matters, manage your own files and build strong, ongoing client relationships.

Your work may include:

• Business sales, acquisitions and commercial transactions
• Commercial contracts and agreements
• Business structuring, restructuring and succession planning
• Shareholder, partnership and corporate advisory matters
• Superannuation-related matters, including self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs)
• Commercial leasing and property transactions
• Corporate governance and general commercial advice

 We value lawyers who understand the bigger picture and provide practical, commercially focused advice that delivers real outcomes for clients.

About You

We’re looking for a Commercial Lawyer with 3–5+ years PQE, experience in commercial or corporate law and a sound understanding of superannuation-related matters.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Strong commercial law experience and experience with superannuation matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and technical legal skills
• Sound commercial judgement and a solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Confidence managing your own matters and competing priorities
• A collaborative attitude and genuine interest in professional development and business development
