The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong counselling background to lead and develop our North Metro team.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

• Provide client-facing services, including counselling and support, advocacy, and workshop facilitation.
• Lead, support and develop team members through effective supervision, coaching and performance management
• Contribute to reporting and budget management
• Monitor and support strong documentation, record-keeping and service quality practices

About You

Minimum qualifications:

• Tertiary Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
• Minimum 3 years of counselling experience.
• Demonstrated experience in providing supervision and performance management to a team.
• Current Driver’s license

Have or be willing to obtain the following:

• National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Working with Children Card
• Current First Aid Certificate
