Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in speaking with qualified professionals from a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Exercise Physiology
  • Psychology
  • Social Work
  • Rehabilitation Counselling

Experience in occupational rehabilitation is welcomed but not essential. If you’re a clinician looking for a new challenge, interested in moving away from direct clinical work, or wanting to explore a career in rehabilitation consulting, we can provide training, mentoring and support to help you succeed.

Already contracting elsewhere? We also welcome applications from contractors looking to supplement their existing workload.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work with current and former Australian Defence Force members experiencing physical and psychological injuries, helping them achieve meaningful health, vocational and life goals.

Every day is different. You’ll build relationships, solve problems, coordinate supports, work with stakeholders, and help people move forward with confidence and independence.

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of those who have served our country.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Relevant professional registration or membership (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA, AASW or equivalent)
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
