Locations: Tamworth, Armidale, Glen Innes, Gunnedah, Inverell, Moree or Narrabri.
About the Role
This role provides leadership to a multidisciplinary team and ensures the delivery of coordinated high quality, culturally appropriate and recovery-oriented services to people experiencing moderate to severe and complex mental health conditions. The position balances program management, staff supervision and direct clinical service delivery, working in collaboration with Support Coordinators, GPs and other stakeholders to improve client outcomes and community wellbeing. This position is suited to leaders who are passionate about making meaningful change in rural communities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and Empower: Supervise and support our NSW Wellbeing teams, ensuring program objectives and deliverables are met with excellence.

Innovate and Integrate: Drive a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to service delivery, with a focus on continual improvement and innovation.

Quality Assurance: Uphold clinical, cultural, and operational standards while mitigating program risks to maintain the highest level of service quality.

People-Centric Development: Engage in direct line management, from recruitment and onboarding to staff appraisals, fostering professional growth and inclusive work culture.
