Haztech Solutions is a solution-focused Electrical and Instrumentation company providing a range of specialist services to create safer environments.

We are a small team of high performing individuals across various industries such as hydrogen, onshore and offshore oil and gas and utilities markets .

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director/Managing Custodian to join our leadership team oversee the navigation of our business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring the organisation’s financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Be the custodian of our internal and external vision
• Strategy formation and implementation
• Curate and embed a culture where People, Quality and Transparency is valued and lived
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the organisation
• Ensure the organisation’s financial stability and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead and motivate our high performing team
• Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Represent Haztech in public forums and events
• HSEQ oversight

We are not looking for just anyone to be our managing custodian. You are someone who gets really excited by what our business is and represents and feel you can personally add to the team and the business. This role will be office-based in Osborne Park. Coaching, mentoring and support is offered to all our people through our development partners. Vehicle, laptop and phone allowance is also included in the overall package and will be discussed further with applicants.
