Join our team as a casual PCW on night shifts! We’re looking for an experienced, resilient, and compassionate care professional who is confident supporting clients living with dementia, delirium, and challenging behaviours. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care while promoting safety, dignity, and wellbeing. A flexible approach and willingness to travel are essential. Candidates available to start ASAP will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment Supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydration

• Helping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearance

• Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing

• Performing light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Observing and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior

• Engaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing

• Collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with home care clients

• Must have an experience in caring for clients with delirium, dementia, and challenging behaviours

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent

• Must be available for night shifts

• Ability to start ASAP is preferred

• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• Must be willing to travel between client locations

• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

• Must have work rights in Australia
