Build the future of infrastructure – and your career
At Hartecs, we believe great engineers are shaped through real experience,
meaningful responsibility, and strong mentorship. Our Graduate to Associate (G2A)
Program is designed to help emerging professionals transition from university
into industry with confidence, capability, and purpose.
You won’t just observe projects – you’ll contribute to them. From
infrastructure planning and engineering services to project delivery and
advisory, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the business while working
alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.
Our Opportunities
We offer graduate opportunities across our offices in Rockhampton,
Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, giving graduates the chance to work on
diverse infrastructure projects while building their careers in supportive,
collaborative teams.
Why Hartecs?
Real projects. Real responsibility.
Work on infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on communities
across Australia. From day one, you’ll be trusted to contribute, collaborate,
and grow.
Rotations across the business
Our structured rotations expose graduates to Infrastructure Planning & Advisory, Infrastructure Delivery and Engineering Services, helping you build broad technical, commercial and project capability early in your career.
Tailored to Your Career Goals
No two engineering careers look the same – that’s why the Hartecs graduate
program allows graduates to tailor their development journey based in their
interests, strengths and long-term career aspirations.
Mentorship that matters
Every graduate is paired with a mentor outside of their direct manager to
help guide professional development, build networks, and support long-term
career growth.
Continuous learning
Through technical workshops, lunch-and-learns, professional development
initiatives, and collaborative graduate forums, you’ll continue building both
technical and leadership capability.
