The Oliver team is experiencing rapid growth, and the volume of incoming leads, property appraisals, and active campaigns is currently outpacing his capacity. Daniel is looking for an experienced Co-Agent
to partner with in the highly sought after Eastern and Southern suburbs, where he specialises in premium character homes and large allotments with values frequently exceeding $2 million.
You will be stepping into a high-octane environment where the pipeline is already full. You won’t be starting from zero; you will be taking ownership of high-quality incoming opportunities, running prestige property campaigns, and negotiating at the top end of the market. You will be joining an established operation that includes a dedicated Team Manager/Executive Assistant and a Sales Associate. With the administrative and support foundations already in place, your role is to focus on what you do best: lead conversion, strategic negotiation, and deliver the 6-star service that defines our brand.

What your day will look like:

Strategic growth: Converting incoming appraisal leads and nurturing high-value long-term relationships in our premium target markets.

Negotiation & closing: Owning the negotiation process for our character homes and high-value listings.

Campaign leadership: Providing a premium experience for our vendors, managing the lifecycle of campaigns from appraisal to settlement.

Market Insight: Leveraging data-driven strategies to provide expert, high-value advice to clients.
Who you are:

Experienced operator: You have 2–5 years of experience in a high-performing real estate environment.

Results-Driven: You have a current Real Estate License and are a power user of CRM systems (Agent Box preferred).

The “Next Level” Mindset: You are comfortable running your own diary, managing your own tasks, and owning your results.

Collaborative & Fun: You have a high-energy approach and want to contribute to a culture that values both hard work and a great team environment
