The role:

As a co-agent, you’ll support Anton and the team across their listings and sales, while also taking ownership of your own listings from prospecting and appraisals through to negotiation and settlement, supported by our sales support and sales management team.

What your day will look like:

  • Attending open inspections and buyer follow ups
  • Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering 6-star service to clients
  • Prospecting activities to build database
  • Letterbox drops and local area marketing
  • Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
  • Meeting individual and team listing and sales budgets

Who you are:

  • Hold a current Real Estate License- Certificate IV in Property Services (essential)
  • Experience in Real Estate (desirable)
  • Experience in CRM systems
  • Energetic, driven, and hard working
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
  • An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
