About the Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients throughout their orthodontic journey. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes new patients, guides them through treatment options, and ensures they feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
• Patient Consultation & Education – Serve as the first point of contact for new patients, explaining treatment plans, the patient journey, and discussing financial options and payment plans.
• Financial Management – Explain fees, coordinate financial arrangements, and ensure patients understand payment options before appointments are scheduled.
• Patient Relationship Management – Build rapport with patients and their families, acting as a trusted contact to address concerns, reduce anxiety, and encourage treatment acceptance.
• Coordination & Administration – Coordinate appointments, manage scheduling gaps, and maintain accurate patient records of communications and financial agreements.
• Team & External Communication – Liaise with reception, clinical staff, and referring Dentists to ensure a smooth workflow and consistent patient care.
• Patient Advocacy – Empower patients by simplifying complex information and celebrating milestones throughout their treatment journey.
