About the role
Harbour Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bartender and Front of House staff to join our vibrant team of emerging hospitality professionals. You will deliver cocktails, beer and wine service while keeping the bar organised, stocked and ready for trade. Here, your human skills when engaging with guests matter just as much as your bar skills.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take ownership of bar setup, service and close-down procedures.
- Engage guests and provide confident beverage recommendations.
- Ensure and uphold guest experience throughout their journey with us.
- Keep the bar clean, organised and correctly stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements.
- Assist with stocktakes, transfers, wastage and breakage recording.
About you
- A minimum of one year’s bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bistro or quality bar is preferred.
- Basic cocktail, wine and beer knowledge.
- Have a solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
- Strong organisation and ability to prioritise during busy services.
- Confident communicating with guests and making recommendations.
