About the Opportunity

We are expanding our Installation division and are seeking experienced Plantation Shutter Installers, options to consider Salaried Fulltime OR Subcontractor opportunities.

Hamptons Shutters are a 100% locally owned and operated business, proud to supply and install Western Australia’s highest-quality shutters, blinds, and double glazing.

With our head office and warehouse based in Wangara, you will join a professional installation team installing plantation shutters for residential and light commercial customers across the Perth metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities;

• Conduct check measures and installations of internal shutters (UPVC & Aluminium) to precise specifications
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment while onsite and adhere to all safety processes
• Provide professional customer service, understanding customer requirements and addressing any concerns
• Manage your time effectively to complete scheduled installations
• Strong communication and liaising with our internal teams, they will provide you support by handling calendar bookings, preparing job info and confirming appointments on your behalf

About You

• Experience in shutter installation is highly regarded and essential for subcontractor opportunities
• Experience in installation of other window furnishings (awnings, outdoor blinds, or roller shutters) will also be highly regarded
• A strong understanding of different window types and shutter configurations and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues
• Excellent attention to detail, valuing quality craftsmanship with a commitment to workplace safety 
• Professional communication skills when dealing with customers and coordinating with the install team
• Sub-contractors are required to have their own work vehicle, Valid driver’s licence and insurances
