Description

Due to unprecedented growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Rep to join our Sales division within Hamptons Shutters. Our head office and showroom are based in Wangara however on a day-to-day basis you will be attending in home consultations around the Perth Metro area working Monday – Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who would like to earn uncapped commissions!

About the role

• Attend pre-booked sales appointments that are warm leads generated through various advertising channels— no cold calling involved!

• Conduct in-home consultations, measure windows, and provide tailored quotes

• Educate customers on our range of plantation shutters, colours, and materials

• Proactively following up customers to close deals, we have an exceptional showroom that you can meet your customers in to showcase what we have to offer

• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand professionally.

• Establish and maintain long term relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support

• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis

• Collaborate with our administration and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

About you

• Demonstrated sales experience and proven success in meeting KPIs, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling/cross selling as they arise

• Exposure to selling windows furnishings would be highly regarded

• Valid Driver License is essential as you will be attending inhouse consultations

• You will be part of a bigger team however independently out on the road selling so self-motivation and time management are essential for this position

• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers, listen and understand customers’ needs

• Ability to effectively problem solve and escalate when necessary
