We are looking for an experienced and motivated Park Manager (individual or couple) to lead the day-to-day operations of Kaikoura TOP 10 Holiday Park. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of operational performance.

About the Role

As Park Manager, you will oversee all aspects of park operations, including front office, staff management, maintenance, financial performance, and guest experience. You will ensure the park runs efficiently, meets budget expectations, and maintains excellent presentation and service standards.

You will lead a small team, manage rosters and performance, oversee maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements. This role also requires a hands-on approach, stepping in where needed to support daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the park in line with company policies and legislation
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting a small team
  • Monitoring budgets, wages, and operational costs
  • Overseeing park maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Delivering outstanding guest service and resolving issues
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting occupancy growth and local marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking for

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar operations, hospitality, or park management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Sound financial and organisational capability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a hands on, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of health and safety and compliance requirements
  • Current driver’s licence (First Aid Certificate highly desirable)
