We are seeking a skilled and reliable Yardsman to join our concrete team at our concrete yard in Winnellie. The Yardsman will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with general yard duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed
• Assist with general yard duties, such as sorting and organizing materials
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) required
• Current and valid NT Drivers Licence – HR would be highly regarded
• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
