Following our continued growth, we have recently expanded our operations into vacuum excavation and non-destructive digging (NDD) services. As a result, we are seeking experienced and motivated Water Cart Operators and Vacuum Excavation Operators to join our team across all depot locations.
Operating from Beenleigh, Wacol, Brendale, and Moffat Beach, we service projects throughout Southeast Queensland, from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between.
The Opportunity
We are looking for reliable operators to join our growing team, working across our modern fleet of water trucks and vacuum excavation units. Whether your background is in water cart operations, vacuum excavation, civil construction, or heavy vehicle driving, we want to hear from you.
Previous experience operating water trucks or vacuum excavation equipment is highly regarded, however it is not essential. If you have a strong safety focus, a positive attitude, and experience working on civil construction sites, we will provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating water carts and vacuum excavation trucks in accordance with client requirements and site procedures
- Dust suppression, soil compaction, and water delivery activities
- Vacuum excavation and non-destructive digging works
- Completing electronic dockets, pre-starts, and timesheets using a smartphone or tablet
- Participating in site and online inductions as required
- Following company safety procedures, SWMS, and client requirements
- Maintaining vehicles, equipment, and work areas to a high standard

Key Requirements
- Minimum HR Licence
- 2+ years truck driving experience preferred
- Construction Industry White Card (Blue Card also accepted)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Smartphone or tablet literacy
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Previous water cart, vacuum excavation, civil construction, or plant operation experience highly regarded
- Australian working rights
