WE’RE HIRING | EXPERIENCED DOZER OPERATOR – INVERELL NSW
Wilga and Faulkner Farming in conjunction are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to support an environmental tree-planting project across our properties in the Inverell region.
This is a short-term opportunity for an experienced operator to join our team and contribute to a large-scale environmental planting program.
Position Details:
- Location: Inverell region (Gramin/Delungra area)
- Duration: Approximately 8 weeks
- Commencement: Mid-November 2026
- Accommodation: On-site accommodation available
- Equipment: CAT D7 Dozer and CAT 545D Skidder
- Employment: Casual hourly rate – competitive and negotiable.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for operating machinery to undertake ground preparation and mounding works ahead of environmental tree planting. The role will involve working across agricultural properties, maintaining equipment and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience operating dozers, ideally CAT machinery
- Experience in land preparation, mounding, agricultural earthworks or similar projects
- Ability to operate machinery safely and independently
- Good understanding of machinery maintenance and daily inspections
- Reliable, practical and able to work efficiently to project timelines
