About the role

You’ll be responsible for the efficient delivery of GTE projects and equipment sales, from design through site to delivery, making sure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll liaise with Project Engineers, Manufacturing Support Staff, and work closely with Production, R&D, Sales, Electrical, Commissioning and Finance to achieve business objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects, including timelines, budgets and resource plans
  • Monitor and control scope, costs and schedules to meet customer specifications
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones and resolve issues or delays quickly
  • Develop and implement risk management plans and mitigation strategies
  • Keep project documentation accurate and up to date
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and turn them into clear project deliverables
  • Report on project progress and quality performance to management and customers
  • Work with key stakeholders to build capability across Finance and ERP systems
  • Work with partners, suppliers and industry bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex technical or quality issues
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
