Medical Receptionist – Growlife Medical (Multiple PPT roles in South East Brisbane)

We have multiple permanent part time roles available at our clinics in South East Brisbane. This is a great role with an identified career path as an option. Our clinics are located at Fairfield, Highgate Hill, Sherwood, Oxley and Sinnamon Park

We are looking for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team of Medical Receptionists, GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.

In turn, you will become an integral part of a supported multi-disciplinary team that is focused on patient, family, and community care. 

What we are looking for 

The successful applicant will possess: 

• Experience with Best Practice software, Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, PRODA and Microsoft Office. 

• Experience in rostering and shift management. 

• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

• A desire to improve processes and efficiency for the team

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

• Excellent personal communication skills with an ability to relate to people at different levels and from different backgrounds
