Established in 2004, GP Glass is a proudly Tasmanian-owned manufacturer specialising in aluminium windows, doors, glazing and architectural aluminium solutions.

The Opportunity 

Working as part of our production team, you’ll manufacture and assemble a wide range of aluminium window and door systems including: 

  • Residential windows and doors 
  • Sliding and stacking doors 
  • Custom architectural aluminium products 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

  • Assembling aluminium window and door products to detailed specifications 
  • Using hand, pneumatic and power tools safely and effectively 
  • Reading and following production documentation and work instructions 
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and product quality 
  • Working safely and contributing to a positive team environment 
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised and efficient 
  • Assisting the team to meet daily production targets

Experience in any of the following industries will be highly regarded: 

  • Aluminium window and door manufacturing 
  • Cabinet making 
  • Joinery 
  • Manufacturing and production 
  • Trades or fabrication 

Applicants without direct industry experience are encouraged to apply if they have the right attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.
