About the Role

Are you an innovative and collaborative teacher, who is excited by the opportunity to help build something new?

We are seeking Year 7 and Year 8 Teachers to help establish and grow our Middle Years Program at the Mambourin Campus. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a contemporary secondary program from the ground up, guided by the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) framework and Lutheran Education Australia’s Free to Flourish vision.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Design engaging, experiential and interdisciplinary learning experiences that encourage student voice, curiosity and agency.
  • Support the wellbeing, faith development and holistic growth of every student in your care.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team to develop an inclusive and future-focused secondary program.
  • Contribute to a Christ-centered community grounded in Grace, Respect, Integrity and Courage.
