Description

The SIL & Respite Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of Go Care group homes and respite services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and care to residents that optimises their quality of life.

The coordinator is the key contact and relationship manager who links individual clients and carers, ensuring a strong customer service ethos is implemented in the delivery of all services in a timely manner.

The coordinator ensures that services provided are compliant under the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework and Code of Conduct by delivering a contemporary, individualised, community-based, inclusive model of care in residential support, while ensuring the safety and rights of residents are maintained and always supported.
