We are actively seeking a Versatile Office/Administration Assistant to support the General Manager of Global Sky Education.

This role will be perfect for a candidate with experience in the Office/Administration space and the ability to communicate well.

We require the right person for this role 5 days per week Full Time.

About the Role

You will be reporting to the General Manager, playing a key role in the well organised management, administration and day to day flow communicating with eight Child Care Centres and Senior Management.

This role will require minimum 5 x days per week

You will be interacting with young children and their families as they enter and exit the centres. We require enthusiastic, happy, smiling, enthusiastic team members representing us at all times. You will deliver exceptional customer services to our families as you may see them whilst working, also being primarily responsible for general administration.

Responsibilities / About You

Alway speaking on the phone in a professional manner

Be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment

Using our Childcare Software program to assist with Reporting

Supporting the General Manager in being efficient with all responsibilities/communication

High level of written and oral communication

General Administration duties e.g. filing, typing documents

Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and work with little instruction.

You will need to obtain or already have a Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

The role will be 5 days per week 7.5 hour days
