Join Glascott, a national leader in commercial landscaping. We design, build, and maintain outstanding outdoor environments across Australia — from major developments to community spaces. With over 38 years of experience, we’ve been at the forefront of landscape management across four states, maintaining large-scale infrastructure and open space assets.

We’re looking for a Turf Maintenance Specialist to join our high-performing and friendly South East QLD team, operating from our Yatala depot.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality turf areas across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Core tasks include:

  • High end sports field foliar applications utilising Toro Multipro spray units
  • Fertiliser application using quad bikes and spreaders
  • Aeration using tractors
  • Machinery operation and maintenance associated with sports field renovations works

This role would suit someone with a background in Greenkeeper or golf course maintenance, comfortable working outdoors and operating a wide range of turf maintenance equipment.

About You

  • Manual driver’s licence (MR or above preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience operating spray equipment in the landscape, turf, or grounds maintenance industry
  • Strong understanding of herbicide application, chemical handling, and safe work practices
  • White Card (essential)
  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (desirable)
  • ACDC Licence (essential)
  • Experience with machinery operation (essential)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
