Are you passionate about supporting individuals to live independently and thrive in their community? At Glady & Co, we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide one-on-one and housing-based support for people with disabilities and mental health challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🏡 Individual Support:

  • Provide one-on-one assistance to participants in their homes and communities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in building life skills and participating in their communities.
  • Help manage appointments, shopping, and social outings.

🏠 Housing Support:

  • Promote independent living by assisting with routines, household management, and personal care.
  • Encourage a positive communal environment, resolving conflicts and fostering cooperation.
  • Support participants in accessing services and engaging in community activities.
  • Monitor well-being and provide guidance on maintaining a safe and structured home life.
