Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Coordinator to join our automotive team at Gino’s Panel & Paint. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time and maintain workflow efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the automotive industry, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication. Whether you’re new to the industry and eager to learn, or experienced in parts coordination, we welcome your application. Training and support will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise parts for current and upcoming jobs and prevent workflow delays.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including following up on delays, processing returns, and handling warranty claims.
  • Coordinate delivery and allocation of parts to onsite vehicles, ensuring repair schedules are met.
  • Support process improvements, system updates, and reporting activities related to parts management.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workshop environment while promoting teamwork and adherence to safety standards.
