About the Role
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll create calm, restorative experiences that leave guests feeling renewed and valued.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a range of massage, beauty, and relaxation treatments
- Creating a warm, professional, guest-focused environment
- Supporting daily spa operations (cleanliness, scheduling, stock control, compliance)
- Promoting spa services, packages, and retail products
- Providing personalised recommendations to enhance each guest’s visit
This role is more than treatments – it’s about creating meaningful moments.
What we are looking for
- Certificate in Massage Therapy (or equivalent) or at least 3 years’ experience in a spa environment
- A genuine passion for wellbeing and guest care
- Professional, calm, and confident manner
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Clear communication skills
- Beauty therapy experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Hours of work: Guaranteed 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday – Sunday.
