We are looking for a hands-on Spa Manager to lead our intimate boutique spa, which has only 3 treatment rooms. You will be managing a small team of just 2 other spa therapists, ensuring exceptional treatments and experiences for our guests.
About the role:
- Lead all spa operations and ensure a seamless, premium guest experience
- Deliver massage, beauty, and relaxation treatments yourself – be a hands-on leader
- Recruit, train, and mentor a small spa team, fostering a supportive and professional environment
- Promote spa packages and upsell services to maximise revenue
- Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Stay ahead of spa industry trends and suggest enhancements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment at all times
About you:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a spa environment or a qualification at level 4 or higher.
- Experience working in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Hands-on treatment experience with a strong understanding of massage and beauty therapies.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
- Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and operational abilities.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness and guest satisfaction.
- First Aid certificate
