We’re looking for a Part-Time Optical Dispenser to join our team, working Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 3:00pm, making this an ideal role for someone seeking consistent hours and genuine work-life balance.

About the Role

As an Optical Dispenser, you’ll be instrumental in creating exceptional patient experiences from the moment patients walk through our doors.

You’ll help patients find eyewear they love, provide expert dispensing advice, and ensure every patient receives the personalised care our practice is known for.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Optical dispensing experience (essential)
• Strong retail and customer service experience
• A passion for patient care and building lasting relationships
• Confidence recommending frames, lenses, and optical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate patients with confidence
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Energy, enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism
