About the Role

This is a casual position, with flexibility required to support the needs of the practice.

Availability to work Monday through Saturday, as required, is essential.

As an Optical Dispenser, you’ll play a key role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best.

From assisting with frame selection to sharing your knowledge of lenses and optical products, you’ll help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting the day-to-day success of the practice.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

• A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
• Previous retail experience at a minimum
• Optical dispensing experience preferred
• The ability to quickly learn product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong team focus
• Patience, energy, and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work casual hours based on business requirements
• Availability to work across Monday to Saturday as required
