About the Role
As an Optical Dispenser, you’ll play an important role in delivering an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
You’ll help patients find eyewear they’ll love, provide advice on lenses and optical solutions, and support the day-to-day success of the practice. Most importantly, you’ll help create a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and valued.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Previous retail experience (optical experience highly regarded)
- The ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade when required
