About the Role
As an Optical Dispenser, you’ll play an important role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best.
You’ll guide patients through their eyewear journey, provide advice on frames and lenses, and help create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the optical industry (preferred)
- Strong retail and communication skills
- The ability to quickly develop product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Confidence recommending eyewear solutions tailored to individual needs
- Flexibility to support the needs of the business
Availability Requirements
- Availability to work late Thursdays
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Flexibility to work casual hours as required
