About the Role

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best.

You’ll be the friendly face welcoming patients into the practice, assisting with frame selections, supporting daily operations, and helping create a warm, welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

• A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
• A strong background in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly manner
• The ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Flexibility with working hours and schedules

Optical experience is not required. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
