What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a confident optical professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in the optical industry, with strong dispensing knowledge and technical expertise
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching team members in a retail, healthcare, or optical environment
• Exceptional patient care skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong dispensing capabilities, with the ability to confidently recommend solutions tailored to individual patient needs
• Proven organisational skills and the ability to balance operational priorities in a busy practice
• A positive attitude and ability to lead through change, supporting continuous improvement and team engagement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both patients and colleagues
