About the Role 

We are looking for a designer or finished artist who is ready to take the next step in their career.  

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical craft of artwork production and wants to broaden their experience into studio operations.  

As our Finished Artist & Studio Coordinator, you’ll spend the majority of your time creating high-quality, production ready artwork across print and digital. At the same time, you’ll work closely with our Creative & Production Manager to learn and develop skills in studio scheduling, traffic management and workflow coordination.  

You don’t need prior traffic experience, what matters is exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation skill and an interest in how creative work moves through a busy agency environment.  

The role involves working across a diverse range of sport and entertainment projects, from campaigns and activations through to large-scale brand executions and offers a clear development pathway into studio traffic and workflow management while remaining closely connect to creative craft. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Finished Art & Production 

  • Produce accurate, production ready artwork across print and digital channels. 
  • Prepare files to ensure correct specifications, colour profiles, bleed, file setup and output requirements. 
  • Roll out master creative across a variety of formats including; Digital advertising, Social media assets, eDMs, Presentations, Large format, Print & OOH. 
  • Apply client brand guidelines accurately and consistently. 
  • Manage artwork amends efficiently while maintaining version control. 
  • Deliver high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines. 
  • Prepare and dispatch final files to suppliers and media partners.  

Studio Traffic Coordination 

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of work flowing through our small design team. 
  • Manage the Creative Scheduling inbox and help maintain project schedules. 
  • Coordinate briefings, internal reviews and approval checkpoints.  
  • Monitor project deadlines and flag potential scheduling risks. 
  • Work closely with Client Management, Creative & Production teams to ensure deliverables remain on track. 
  • Assist with resource scheduling and workflow planning across the studio. 
  • Learn and progressively take ownership of traffic management responsibilities as experience develops.  

Studio Operations & Finance Administration 

  • Maintain project management systems and studio workflow tools. 
  • Ensure job information, timelines and project updates remain accurate and current. 
  • Assist with timesheet completion and resource tracking. 
  • Support weekly WIP and studio planning meetings. 
  • Maintain organised job folders, file structures and archives. 
  • Manage budgets, head hours and job profitability. 

Vendor & Supplier Management 

  • Liaise with printers and production suppliers regarding artwork specifications and deliveries.  
  • Assist with obtaining supplier quotes and production information. 
  • Help ensure all deliverables are supplied accurately and on time. 

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement 

  • Support the ongoing development of studio processes, templates and systems. 
  • Support designers and freelancers with workflow and production best practices. 
  • Contribute to internal marketing, award submissions and new business materials. 

About You 

Experience 

  • 3 + years’ experience in a Designer, Finished Artist or Artworker role.  
  • Experience preparing artwork for both print and digital production.  
  • Interest in sport, entertainment or sponsorship advantageous 

Skills 

  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential) 
  • Strong understanding of print and digital workflows 
  • Knowledge of file formats and specifications  
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills 
  • Confident working across Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
