Garage Project is a brewery founded in Wellington, NZ, known for crafting bold, innovative, and beautiful beers. We’re a Living Wage employer, a Carbon Zero business, and a tight-knit team of passionate individuals who aim to set the standard in the brewing industry. From our humble beginnings in a small garage, we’ve grown into a team of 65+ across NZ and Australia, and now we’re looking for a Webstore Fulfilment & Logistics Assistant to join our Melbourne based team and help us continue our journey.

About the Role

This full-time (38 hours per week – Mon to Fri) position is key to ensuring the efficient and smooth processing of online orders, inventory management, and warehouse assistance. You will be an essential part of maintaining stock flow and ensuring exceptional customer service, whilst also supporting the Sales & Logistics team.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate needs and maintain productivity.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, willing to learn and grow.
  • Collaborative team player with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and quality control.
  • Genuine interest in the craft beer industry and familiarity with Garage Project products.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock (up to 20kg).
  • Prior experience in retail, or warehouse logistics is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience using Shopify & Cin7 is desirable but not essential.
  • Drivers Licence.
