Our educational program is built on immersive language learning (with German as a second language), inquiry-based learning through the award-winning Little Scientists program, and regular excursions within the local community and beyond.

We offer you:

  • sustainable practices and excursions within the community;
  • an employee wellbeing program with regular initiatives;
  • a complimentary employee assistance program (access to confidential professional counselling services);
  • a supportive Centre Director, Educational Leader and team leaders;
  • easily accessible by public transport.

We need you to

  • be a Certificate III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator (or currently working towards). We welcome applications from ECTs if open to working in a educator capacity;
  • ideally have 12 months experience in an Australian ELC environment;
  • be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members;
  • have a keen interest in immersive language learning (German language skills would be a plus but aren’t a must) and inquiry-based learning;
  • have an understanding of contemporary child safe practices;
  • last but definitely not least: have a sunny personality with a positive mindset!
