Summary:
FourPL, a leading Supply Chain and Procurement consultancy, is seeking an experienced Coupa Solution Consultant to lead client-facing delivery of Coupa solutions. This includes discovery workshops and solution design through to configuration, testing, training and go-live. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable solutions and provide day-to-day leadership to the project team. Current Coupa certification is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Consulting
- Lead Coupa implementation and enhancement projects from discovery through go-live and transition
- Plan and facilitate client workshops, owning solution design and translating requirements into scalable Coupa solutions
- Provide hands-on configuration expertise across key modules (procurement, invoicing, expenses, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, approvals, catalogues, reporting)
- Lead functional testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and end-user/admin training
- Own delivery plans, status reporting, risks and issues
- Support demonstrations, scoping and proposal development as required
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- Communicate confidently across business and technical audiences
- Identify and help mitigate risks early
- Represent FourPL in client-facing delivery and governance discussions
- Engage with clients to understand their procurement processes and requirements.
- Design and implement Coupa solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Provide training and support to clients on Coupa functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Coupa with existing systems.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to optimise the use of Coupa solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in procurement technology.
Qualifications:
- Current Coupa certification
- 5+ years’ experience in technology consulting, business systems implementation, or functional solution consulting
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Coupa solutions
- Strong understanding of procurement, spend management, sourcing, contracting, invoicing and expenses
- Proven ability to independently lead client workshops and drive a consulting team through design and implementation
Desirable:
- Additional Coupa certifications or experience with complex enterprise integrations
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Complementary delivery or project certifications
