Foundation Education (RTO 22557) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Team Leader to join our team in Brisbane and take a leading role in supporting, developing and mentoring our dental team.

About the role

As our Dental Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the dental team. You’ll combine your practical dental assisting experience with your training and leadership skills to help create a professional, supportive and high-performing workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the dental assisting team
• Mentoring and developing team members
• Providing training and guidance to staff
• Supporting onboarding and competency development
• Coordinating daily team activities and workflow
• Helping build a positive, professional and team-focused culture

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, approachable and passionate about dentistry and people development.

You will have:

• Certificate IV in Dental Assisting
• Relevant dental radiography qualification
• TAE (Training and Assessment) qualification
• Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant
• Previous team leadership, mentoring or training experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of infection control and dental workplace procedures
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment
• Must currently live in Brisbane or the surrounding Brisbane area
