Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our organisation and provide leadership, support and professional guidance within our Allied Health training team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Allied Health professional who is passionate about education, workforce development and supporting high-quality training outcomes. 

About the Role 

As Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to the training team, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality vocational education and training. You will work collaboratively with management, trainers and other key stakeholders to maintain professional standards, compliance and positive student outcomes. 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

  • A current TAE qualification (TAE40122 or equivalent) 
  • A recognised qualification and industry experience in at least one Allied Health discipline 
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • A sound understanding of vocational education and training requirements 
  • A commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement 
  • The ability to lead, mentor and support a team of trainers and assessors 
  • A professional and collaborative approach to working with students, staff and industry stakeholders
