Role Summary
As an AIN, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need within their own homes. Your role will include offering emotional support and companionship by helping participants achieve their goals, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and accompanying clients to appointments and activities.
The position also involves supporting participants with light household chores and delivering personal care, which may be required for both male and female participants. Experience working with individuals living with dementia and behavioural needs is highly valued, as many participants require compassionate and skilled support in these areas.
Multiple locations to work at including:
South West Sydney

What We’re Looking For
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
- Experience supporting individuals with dementia and behavioural needs
- Experience in Aged Care (preferred)
- Cert III in Individual Support Aged Care (preferred)
Requirements:
- Current and valid NSW Driver’s licence and access to a fully insured vehicle.
- Current and valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Cleared National Criminal History Check.
- Cleared and valid WWCC
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia is required.
- Smartphone for rostering application
