Description

We go where no one else will.

At Fly2Health, we’re doing allied health differently — and we’re growing.

We deliver high-quality allied health services to regional and remote communities who would otherwise go without. Our model combines clinical excellence, genuine flexibility, and real impact.

We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our national team. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who wants a small, quality-focused caseload, meaningful client relationships, and the freedom to do your best clinical work — with the structure and support to back you up.

You’ll be supported by a connected national clinical leadership team offering supervision, mentoring, and career development, while maintaining true work-life balance.

The Role

We have opportunities for Speech Pathologists at all levels, including Senior Clinicians and those with leadership or management experience.

You will:

  • Join a high-performing, supportive national team of Speech Pathologists
  • Travel by road and air to deliver outreach services in regional and remote communities
  • Provide assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and other Speech Pathologists
  • Support individuals and families with limited access to essential care
  • Play a part in shaping the future of allied health delivery in regional Australia

How Your Week Works

  • 4-day work week — every Friday off
  • Monday: Ground Day — Work from home or the office with your team and Team Leader for admin, planning, reports, professional development and collaboration
  • Tuesday – Thursday: Clinical Outreach — Structured outreach to see regular clients on a fortnightly roster
  • Overnight travel required — Typically Tuesday and Wednesday nights, up to 2 nights per week for 40 weeks per calendar year. All travel is arranged and managed by our Operations Team.

What You’ll Get

  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • Focus on quality clinical outcomes — not unrealistic KPIs
  • Strong clinical leadership, supervision and structured mentoring
  • Dedicated 1:1 onboarding week + ongoing mentoring
  • Clear career progression via our My Tomorrow Program + regular performance incentives
  • Company vehicle for work and personal use (eligibility criteria apply) + fuel card
  • Generous professional development package
  • $150 overnight allowance, paid directly to you
  • Airport lounge access for flying clinicians
  • Apple technology provided
  • National career and relocation opportunities across Australia

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (mutually recognised)
  • SPA registration, or eligibility for registration
  • Full Australian driver’s licence
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight as per the outreach roster
  • A genuine passion for delivering healthcare to underserved regional and remote communities
  • Senior clinical, team leadership or management experience highly regarded — please highlight this in your application
