Hose Assembler | Derrimut -VIC

About the Role

Join our specialist Derrimut team as a quality Hose Assembler. For this position you will consistently assemble high-quality hydraulic hose and fittings and ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately, timely replenishing of stock and incoming and outgoing goods are recorded and checked.

This permanent, full time position is to start ASAP.

Duties

• Build and assemble hydraulic hose kits
• Ensure customer stock orders are accurately picked in accordance with order requirements
• Testing hoses using a testing rig
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Restock and maintain stock picking bins for either consumable or inventory stock
• Organise and maintain the inventory and storage area
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.

Skills and Experience

• Hydraulic hose assembly experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse/stores experience.
• Knowledge of hose and fittings industry.
• Forklift ticket.
• Experience with ERP systems.
