Summary

Looking for a great new role in a supportive and friendly team? This 12-month maternity cover position based out of our office in Blackwater QLD.

For this particular role, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to provide administrative support and premier customer service whilst ensuring the branch meets the operational requirements. Full training is provided giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with
• Coordinate Mine site inductions, safety and reporting requirements for onsite technicians
• Ensure Ryco assets are maintained according to schedule and stakeholder requirements
• Complete daily compliance checks via software system
• Front counter service as required
• Generate quotations as requested.
• Assist invoicing as requested
• General Data entry

About You

• Clerical – Have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, email and managing files and records.
• Appropriate Behaviours – Have knowledge of the principles of appropriate behaviours in the workplace, including the legal requirements regarding discrimination, harassment and bullying.
• Computing – knowledge of specific computer software packages, including Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
• Product Knowledge (desirable) – extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by RYCO
